The 60 hectare Carnival City Estate is being implemented in partnership with Sun International and is located directly next to Carnival City Casino Entertainment complex. Phase 1 consists of the East Village, 508 apartments in the first phase of the Carnival City Lifestyle Estate. The estate offers residents a range of resort style amenities. When fully developed, the larger estate will include 3000 residential units, a private school, lifestyle retail centre and a large central park connected to a set of running and walking trails which includes the Carnival Park Run.
